We offer a four-day overnight leadership development program at no cost to students, families, or schools.

Applications will be evaluated on a rolling basis and you will hear from us if you are selected to attend the program!

Caring for others and allowing others to care for you.

TORCH provides a brave space for students to put themselves in others’ shoes and share their own personal stories to connect with their peers on a deeper level.  Some of our key programs that focus on empathy and vulnerability are listed below.

Recognizing that the greatest goals are achieved by teams.

Students are placed randomly in teams of 8-10 and are consistently challenged with games, activities, and simulations to build their skills at working together.  Some of our key programs that focus on teamwork are listed below.
